Because all of our products are made to order, we do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or personal preference.
However, your satisfaction matters to us. If there is an issue with your order, we’ll make it right.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

A clear photo of the issue
Once approved, we will offer a free replacement or a full refund, depending on the situation.
Incorrect Orders
If you receive the wrong item or an item that differs from what you ordered, notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will replace the item or issue a refund at no extra cost.
Non-Returnable Items
As our products are printed specifically for each customer:

We do not accept returns for incorrect size selection

We do not accept returns for colour or design preference

We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse

Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.
